Teagan's and Adam's story began one autumn afternoon at the Pittsburgh Arts Festival, the kind of day when the city feels alive with color and music. Near Point State Park, a friend asked if they wanted a photo together. They said yes, and that simple photograph became the first page in a lifelong album of memories.
After that day, Teagan invited Adam to join a kickball team with friends from PYP. What started as a fun idea quickly became something more. On the field, Teagan saw Adam’s competitive side. He played with determination and focus, bringing his love of sports and teamwork to every game. Even after a few injuries and a sore knee, what mattered most was that they had found something special together.
Not long after, Teagan asked Adam to join her at a wedding in Erie. That weekend offered a glimpse of what their own future might look like—dancing, laughter, and the comfort of knowing they were exactly where they belonged. As time went on, their adventures multiplied. They tailgated for Penn State games, shared their first “I love you” in State College, celebrated birthdays during quiet nights in quarantine, and traveled to places near and far, from Hocking Hills to Disney World to South Africa.
They built a home together in 2021, complete with two adopted pups who quickly became part of the family. Every chapter of their life was filled with warmth, laughter, and loyalty. They had checked every box except one, and the time had finally come to say “I do.”
